GO SKATEBOARDING DAY RECAP: PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA

GSD Philly was overwhelming success. Day started with a skatepark ribbon cutting/grand opening with the Philadelphia Parks and Rec DEPT. 65 skaters and city officials in attendance. DC Team skated the newly open Granahan Skate Park. Next we were off to Paine's Park. Josh Kalis , John Shanahan, Evan Smith and Matt Miller skated and mixed with Philadelphia skaters for 2 hours. There were more than 150 skaters skate the park until 5 and raising more than $500 at the parks for SkatePhilly. (Photos: Blabac)
