BIO
Greg Simmons is a 36yr old skateboarder, artist and graphic designer. Originally from Los Angeles, CA, Greg moved to the east coast at 4 years old and was raised in South Jersey. After he began skateboarding at 13, he later pursued a career as an artist in the skateboard world. With a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Philadelphia, Greg moved to NYC to continue following his dream.

INSPIRATION
With all that happened in 2020 from forest fires to global warming, ICE Camps, Police brutality in America and the BLM movement, I felt it was appropriate to create imagery that tastefully addresses all of these issues. They’re all important to me and were polarizing moments that made me question the condition of our country, overall. I have faith in humanity and in my country and I hope my art, along with the others, will inspire people around the world to come together.
